How to store in fridge

Hello Nattoking :)

Thank you for your site and instructions. I made Natto for the first time last week. They got stinky but not sticky. I wonder if I just didn't steam them long enough as they were a bit dry after being fermented. Are yours dry?

I also have a question on how best to store them after they've aged for some time. Do they need to continue to breathe? Or should I put them in an airtight container?
